Heyworth Jr./Sr. High School receives grant for 2 mobile laptop labs
This is a picture of the laptops on their very first day of use in a classroom! Jen Weaver had her Western Civilization students working on a research project on ancient civilizations that included online research, journal writing, and graphic display of information. Since that day, the carts have been wheeled around the school on a daily basis. Before the mobile labs arrived, many teachers and classes would not have been able to get into the computer lab.
